Healing To Stop Negative Self Talk

Negative Self Talk is something that a lot of people experience. Negative self talk is when say negative statements about themselves. Some people do it more than others. Negative self talk can be conscious and verbal, or conscious and using the inner mental voice or it can also be an unconscious voice which can sometimes seem like it is coming from an external source or another person. This unconscious negative self talk is not to be confused with auditory hallucinations that some people with mental illness experience.
Some examples of conscious negative self talk that is either verbalised or said internally:
“I’m an idiot”
“I always date the wrong people”
“I’m a failure”
These negative statements seem benign, but when people say and believe in these statements, then they will start to create the reality of the people.
You have probably heard people using negative self talk after they make mistakes as a form of self punishment.
Some more examples of negative self talk are:
“Life is hard”
“I’m not normal’
“It’s really hard to find a partner”
“I don’t know”
“I can’t do that”
“Driving is not my forte”
“I don’t have enough money”
“I don’t have enough time for that”

Conscious negative self talk can also take the form of questions such as:
“Why do bad things always happen to me?
“Why is it hard for me to have a partner?”
“Why isn’t this happening yet?
These negative questions serve to focus the mind on negative statements of:
-Bad things always happen to me
-It is hard for me to have a partner
-It isn’t happening yet

Unconscious negative self talk is more tricky. It can be formed by thoughts about how we think we are being perceived by others.
Someone might think that they are “disrespected by others” so they may create negative self talk unconscious thoughts in their aura like:
“I don’t like you”
“You’re weird”
It may seem that this unconscious negative self talk is coming from someone else but it is just a negative self program.

In severe cases, negative self talk can ruin a person’s life.

Healing for Insomnia and Better Sleep Patterns.

Insomnia is a word that describes a spectrum of sleep disturbances.
Sleep issues can be very frustrating to people who are dealing with them. These sleep issues can range from small sleep disturbances to not being able to sleep at all. Sleep is a time when our mind switches off and our body repairs itself. Without sleep, people will feel tired the next day. Prolonged periods of no sleep can make a person go crazy (lose sanity, lose thought control) and also can lead to having a blackout while driving, or having health issues.

When a person hasn’t slept well, they will not be able to feel awake. Their body and immune system will be really tired, even if they tell themselves that they are awake. As a result of being really tired, it becomes hard to relax and enjoy each moment. This prolonged state of tiredness can lead to moping all the time, depression, being aggressive or rude to others for no reason and a sense of “giving up and feeling defeated” and pessimism.

As a healer I recommend at least 8 hours of undisturbed sleep each night. This will be enough time for the mind to go into deep sleep and recharge.

There are usually traumas associated with a person’s sleep issues.

Below are some reasons why a person may have sleep issues.
-They experienced a trauma at night time and are triggered at night and can’t sleep.
-They feel unsafe all of the time, because of a trauma in the past, and therefor they feel like they need to be awake and “on the ball” to be safe. Sleep equals vulnerablility and they shouldn’t do it.
-They are highly strung and unable to relax.
-They overthink things, and think too much at night, and can’t stop thinking at night.
-They are too focused on controlling the process of sleep, and not in a good habit of surrendering to letting go, and disconnecting, and losing consciousness.
-They are too excited or agitated.
-Neuropathic stresses due to alcohol or drug issues in the past.
-Doing too much in the day to the point where they are burnt out.
-Holding on to too much negative energy.
-Taking on other people’s stuff, taking responsibility for everyone else all the time.
-Being too close to others, with poor boundaries. Not enough definition of “that is you” and “this is me” and they don’t mix that much.
-Being surrounded by really manipulative people that are putting psychic cords into them, like family members.
-Being a workaholic and sacrificing their health to get more money
-Not having a creative outlet.

The good news is that people can heal from insomnia. Sleep patterns can improve and do improve, once a person has let go of all their negative stuff that they have accumulated.

Healing To Let Go Of The Illusion In Life.

The Illusion in life is anything that is less than 100% right for you, and anything less than your 100% happiness.
The Illusion causes people to not want to know who they are. It causes them to be blind to truth of what they want and what they don’t want. The illusion causes people to lie to themselves. People cause the illusion for themselves, and they participate in the illusion that already exists within the negative human mass consciousness.

The illusion is also created by:
Negative media
Negative government
Negative school systems
Negative groups and individuals
The vibrations of lies, disturbance, distraction and distortion

Only you can know what is 100% right for you and what is not 100% right for you. The 100% right energies, times and places and people are the ones that you want, like and enjoy and that make you healthy. There is a difference between a person who is 100% right for you and a person that is 50% right for you. The 100% right for you person, will have perfect synergy with you. They will be intelligent and make good decisions that will only benefit you. The person who is 50% right for you will inevitable cause difficulties in your life, because they will make bad decisions based on wrong perspectives and based on vibrating lower.

There will be energies, times, places and people in your work life, social friendship life, romantic life, family life and general acquaintance life.

It is important to measure where people, places, situations and objects are on the “Right For You” Scale. This scale starts at 100% right for you and then goes down to Zero% right for you and then I like to include the negative scale which can go down to -100% right for you which is the Wrong Spectrum. People who are -80% Right for you are Liars, Cheaters, Narcissists and Users. People who are -100% right for you are criminals in jail and psychotic people, that are not usually in society anymore. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who cheat on their partners and they are at the -80% right level for anyone.

People who are compulsive liars are lost in the illusion.
People who say one thing, but believe the opposite on their spiritual level, are actually disconnected from themselves and they are living in an illusion of “not having real happiness”

When everything and everyone around you is 100% right for you, you will be at optimal health and perfect “feng shui:”

Anything less than 100% right for you, is only an illusion of happiness.

Unfortunately a huge majority of people, are surrounded by people and situations that are less that 100% right for them. These people are suffering in bad marriages, toxic workplaces, and difficult living arrangements.

Unfortunately, in modern western societies, people are taught the negative energy of “Attachment”. Attachment is needing something to be happy. They are not taught the true spiritual reality which is that “We Are Happiness Unconditionally”. The media also projects an unrealistic expectation of what you need to do and become and achieve so that you can “allow yourself to be happy”. For example in high school you may be taught the fear of “if you don’t go to university”, you will never have a good career, or you may be taught by the media that you need “a specific number of friends to be happy”, otherwise you must live as a social outcast and be sad. Or you may feel pressured to get married and have children even if you haven’t found the right person, which leads to choosing to be with the wrong person, and then being really unhappy in the marriage. Ultimately people put pressure on themselves and people choose to put themselves into groups of people that are either judgemental or non-judgemental. People who have a lot of the negative energy of “attachment” can cause a lot of social pressure to other people, to try to get them to conform to pointless social norms, that don’t exist.

The difference between the illusion and reality

The Illusion of happiness is one where you live a life that is less than 100% happy.

Your body, mind and spirit have simple and easy requirements to be happy. There are also simple and easy rules and guidelines to “not hurt” your body, mind and spirit. One example is ALCOHOL. Alcohol is a poison to the body. The body does not want it. It is not possible to drink it in moderation, even if you have been taught that. You can’t drink poison in moderation. Your body hates alcohol. When you drink it, you will notice that you attract and have poisonous and bad experiences with the wrong people. If you let something bad into your body like alcohol on the microcosm, then you will also receive negative people and situations in the macrocosm. Most people have no awareness of this.

People are taught by parents, school, government, media and others, that the illusions of happiness is what you want, and is a desired outcome. Do you want energies, times, places, people and things that are less than 100% right for you? NO OF COURSE NOT. You want the real 100% right for you reality.

Know yourself. Know your true purpose. Live your true purpose. Get the right healing help if necessary. Achieve success and completion and celebrate.

Healing For Headaches and Migraines.

Below are some reason why people might experience headaches or migraines.
-They are not coping with stress and anxiety.
-They are workaholics and push themselves too hard and they feel tired and burnt out.

People move in the wrong direction in life for many reasons. Below are some reasons:

Healing Sessions Can Help You To Stop Procrastinating.

Sometimes people can feel stuck. They might feel that they are always waiting for good things to happen and they never do. They might feel stagnant, numb and lazy, with no motivation or enthusiasm to move forward. People can also feel lost. When people are stuck and lost, they tend to procrastinate and “not do things” which leads to “not learning and not progressing”. Procrastination is a big problem for individuals within society. When people make excuses to not do what they enjoy, this is a big self-sabotage. This is bad. Some people feel disillusioned when they are older, because they regret not having done things that they wanted to do when younger. The good news is that there is always plenty of time to do things right now.

There are many emotional issues associated with procrastination and feeling stuck such as:
-Previous Trauma that holds people back.
-Waiting for things to happen.
-Apathy.
-Laziness.
-Lack of courage.
-Lack of Readiness.
-Not giving and receiving.
-Not doing anything.
-Not being resourceful.
-Not having a daily plan.

The first step in healing procrastination is to clear the negative emotional states (listed above) that make “doing nothing” feel like an option. Once the weight of all these negative emotions has been cleared, then it is easier to set goals and achieve them.

The second step in a healing for procrastination is to figure out what your goals are and then write an appropriate daily plan to help you to do what you need to do, to achieve those goals.

Choosing Your Goals.

The process of choosing your goals is very easy.
First you need to know who you are and what your true purpose is and what direction you want to move in. If you are uncertain about your true purpose or direction in life, then you should have a Light Axis Healing Session, and you will understand your True Purpose better. You then will choose goals that reflect your happiness and activities you enjoy. You must be careful to choose goals that relate to your good qualities and also be careful to set goals that are possible for you to reach.

Writing a Daily Plan.

Once you have chosen your goals, then you should write a daily plan that helps you to focus on the day to day activities that will help you to achieve you goals. This daily plan should be a list of 10 or less things that you do on a daily basis. This will help you to improve daily. You are probably already doing many good things on a daily basis. These are your pre-existing good habits. A daily plan should be a list of activities that you have procrastinated over and have not yet developed a good habit of doing. The Importance of Letting Go of Distractions and Apathy.

One of the biggest problems in life is distraction. Distraction makes people lose focus on important things, and it makes them focus on the wrong things. Distraction usually manifests as people feeling distracted by negative emotions such as worry, anxiety, fear, anger, sadness and feeling disturbed by the negative behaviour of others. Distraction can also manifest as people misusing their own time on a daily basis, doing things that are a waste of time. Distraction can also manifest as people having bad sleeping patterns.

The opposite of Distraction is Focus. We need to stay focused on having what we want and stay focused on our enjoyment, so that we can achieve things, and be healthy.

Apathy is also a detrimental energy. When people feel apathy, then they feel like they don’t care about the things that they want to care about. They give up on their journey, and they give up on their goals. Apathy manifests as people doing nothing at all, and complaining that nothing is happening.

The opposite of Apathy is Caring. Caring about Having What You Want, caring about your goals, caring about feeling good. When we care enough about things, we will take the appropriate actions to make sure that we are having what we want.

Healing For Chronic Pain.

Pain is a response to something bad happening. For example when you burn your skin, your will feel pain. This means that the ability to feel pain can guide us away from negative situations. However life is not about feeling pain. It is about being happy and feeling pleased. Conversely not everything that gives us pleasure is good for us. For example it is pleasurable to eat a lot of food, but then we are overweight and can get health problems.

To have a body that is not in pain, we need to be careful, aware and in balance. Most diseases have an associated pain component.

There are Many Kinds of Pain:
– Emotional Pain
– Physical Pain
– Neuropathic Pain (a type of physical pain)
– Temporary Pain
– Chronic Pain

Emotional and Physical Pain

Physical disease is caused by emotional stuff. Problems start as emotional problems and then eventually they become physical problems. Physical pain is cause by emotional and spiritual problems. For example when people have migraines, a lot of the time it is cause by the fact that they are interacting with the wrong people in their life. I was doing a healing on a lady with migraines. She was dating an ex-partner who had been abusive to her. Her decision to continue to date him, was creating migraines. I did healing work on a man with knee pain, and it was clear that he had chosen the wrong business partner, and as a result he was moving in the wrong direction, and this is what lead to him falling over and hurting his knee.

Neuropathic Pain.

This type of pain is usually cause by sickness or injury that leave a negative effect on the nervous system. It can cause random pain in different parts of the body. People who have experiences big sicknesses, accidents and trauma can feel this. Also drug addicts can get neuropathic pain as a result of withdrawal from drugs or even medication.

Temporary and Chronic Pain

Pain can be small, weak and temporary. This pain subsides as the body is healing. Pain can also be Chronic Pain. This is pain that doesn’t go away or seems to happen over and over again.

Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain can be mild or really extremely painful. It can come and go during the day or it can be constant. It can be associated with specific activities or it can be there regardless of what you are doing.

Pain can be managed in many different ways. I offer the spiritual healing approach.

The Importance of Having Strong Boundaries.

It is good to have boundaries. Boundaries are beliefs that will regulate which experiences we have and which experiences we don’t have. It is important to hold your boundaries steady, instead of letting them fluctuate, otherwise you will confuse yourself. As you learn and grow, it is okay to change your boundaries. Boundaries should only change if it makes you feel good and healthy.

The purpose of boundaries is to make you happier, because they are supposed to reject the wrong experiences and allow the good ones.

Breaking boundaries and having no boundaries, will lead to chaos, distraction, and might even lead to craziness and disappointment.

People who break their own boundaries a lot, tend to have erratic and rude behaviour.

How To Have Strong Boundaries.

First of all, you need to know who you are, and where you are heading. Then you can define your boundaries. Once you have boundaries, it is important to keep them strong. You do this by making decisions based on staying within your boundaries. Anything that is against your boundaries should be avoided. Don’t re-open parts of your past that you have already closed, because if you re-open the past, that will hurt your boundaries. If you hurt your own boundaries, then it will open a door for more boundary issues to occur. You need to have strength of emotion to block boundary violations. Don’t violate your own boundaries. People who have boundary issues, can sometimes have entities and negative people in their life. 

Another tip to having strong boundaries is don’t drink alcohol and don’t take drugs. Drugs make you lose awareness. You want to be more aware to be more careful to maintain strong and beneficial boundaries.
