The Benefits of Meditation

Meditation is sitting silently in an undisturbed room or space, where you can focus on your goals or focus on nothing at all. Some people use soothing music and scents, but I prefer no distractions and I prefer to focus on my goals, as it helps me stay in the right vibration to manifest what I want.

A good amount of meditation per day is about 2–4 hours. This duration allows enough time to truly quiet your thoughts and emotions.

Meditation makes us calm. When we are calm, we are relaxed and more open to enjoyment and happiness. In fact, when we are truly calm, we cannot be easily disturbed, annoyed, or irritated. When we are calm, our chakras balance themselves, and we tend to be more grounded and healthy. Furthermore, when we are calm, we can coexist peacefully with others more easily and find solutions to problems rather than reacting out of stress.

Meditations that focus on “no thoughts” help you gain control over your mental state, allowing you to stop unwanted thoughts. Alternatively, meditation that focuses on specific goals will help you move toward achieving them.
