How to let go of Distractions.
Distractions are negative energies. Distractions are bad because they take our focus away on “having what we want in the here and now”. Distractions will slow down our process of having what we want, to the point where we don’t actually have what we want and we will feel bad.
We need to stay focused on feeling good and having what we want.
Distractions decrease our feeling good – that is why they are bad.
Distractions come in many forms. Below are some examples.
-People who lie are distracting until you let them go.
-Thinking about past negative events is distracting until you let them go.
-Thinking about a million things that you need to do and take care of, in the middle of when you are trying to relax and eat a nice meal is distracting.
-Any form of escapism is also a form of distraction.
-Working in the wrong career.
Some ways to let go of distraction are:
– Meditation to improve your focus
– Having a healing session
– Identifying the sources of distraction and then releasing them
– Saying “no” to sources of distraction
– Doing a “spring clean” of your house to remove clutter
– Letting go of things and people who are not beneficial to you
You can let go of Distraction in a Light Axis Healing Session.
