Sometimes people come to me for a healing because they are completely overwhelmed with the stress of their life. Sometimes the stress has been caused because the person has chosen to make their own life too hard. They have taken on too much responsibility or the have embarked upon something that is too hard for them.

Below are some examples of this within our society:

  • Someone has taken out a loan and they find it hard to repay it.
  • Someone is stuck in a job they don’t like anymore, and they can’t leave because they need to hold on to their current income.
  • Sometimes someone is running a business that is not going well.
  • Someone started studying a course but it is too hard for them and they fail tests or they have to drop out.
  • Someone is in a relationship that is not working, but it may be hard to separate for many reasons, like having children, and joint property ownership.

Life is not supposed to be so hard that it is no longer enjoyable. It needs to be enjoyable so that you stay healthy.
