How to Get Back Into the Flow of Life When You Are Feeling Stuck.
Sometimes we can feel like we are stuck on a small point of experience or we feel stuck in general.
It is important to release the following negative energies when we are stuck:
– Waiting and not having
– Being too laid back, lazy, doing nothing
– Not being resourceful
– Feeling self doubt, defeated
– Feeling numb, apathy, not caring
– Not knowing our true purpose
– Not being relaxed enough to have good ideas that are good solutions
– Stress and anxiety
Below are some actions that we can take to help us to get back into the flow of life:
– Do anything that you can do right now to get back in the flow. Even if you think that there isn’t anything you can do, you can still do things like praying, meditating, writing things, going for a walk or having a snack.
– If you are in a situation where you have feel that you are waiting, then do something in the meantime, this will make you more productive and you won’t waste time “just waiting”.
– Do things in new ways, drink a different flavoured soft drink, eat from a different sized bowl, speak to different people.
– Redo something from scratch, you may find a new perspective or a new level of detail in your recreation of the first thing
– Play with the ideas of colour and sound and allow these vibrations to have a beneficial effect on how you move forward in life. The colour green may heal your mental creativity blocks.
