When we are confused, our thoughts, feelings and focus go in too many directions at once. Our intentions become diluted and weak. It doesn’t allow us to have strong laser like focus on important thoughts. It is similar to distraction where there is too much stimulation and too much to focus on or think about. It is also similar to apathy where you don’t care about the thoughts and focus and so you are out of focus. It is also similar to uncertainty, because when we are uncertain and we don’t know, we can feel that it is hard to choose a thought or pathway to follow to take actions in the physical world.

The opposite of confusion is clarity. It is also good to have certainty, focus and a level of caring about your thoughts and actions.

Confusion arises when people don’t know or don’t want to know the truth about the reality of a situation or about themselves.

The more you flow naturally with what you need to have each day, the easier it is to know what to do next and know what to think next. Recognise clarity each day in anything you do and you will practice clarity.
