How to feel freedom when you are feeling stuck

Freedom is the ability to do what you want, when you want because you feel like it. It is everybody’s right because we all have free will. It is important to combine freedom with love and intelligence so that we respect ourselves and others as we express freedom.

Sometimes we experience situations in life that make us think or feel that we cannot control what we are experiencing. It might make us feel stuck or trapped, physically or mentally. We can choose to give our power away to external experiences, by losing control of our thoughts and actions, which leads us to be controlled by our thoughts and actions, which is the source of lack of freedom. Staying in control of our thoughts and actions, gives us more freedom because it give us more power to control our experience.

We can stay in the vibration of freedom by remembering that we can always choose our thoughts and actions in any situation. It is better to take action when we are feeling good and calm and believe in what we are doing. It is better to avoid taking action impulsively or out of anger, fear or sadness. The rule of thumb is “If in doubt, leave it out”.
