2. Liability & Responsibility

• Personal Accountability: Clients assume full responsibility for any actions or life decisions made following a session. Max Mancer and lightaxishealing.com accept no liability for any personal, financial, or physical outcomes.
• Age Requirement: All psychic reading and healing clients must be at least 18 years of age.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Max Mancer and all related agents from any claims or liabilities in perpetuity.

3. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the session has been completed or if the client is dissatisfied with the outcome.
• Rescheduling & Forfeiture: To maintain a professional schedule, we do not offer rescheduling. If a client cancels or fails to attend a booked appointment, the fee is forfeited.
• Booking Requirements: Clients must contact Max Mancer within 24 hours of purchase to coordinate their session. Failure to communicate within this window may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Privacy, Conduct & Confidentiality

• Session Recording: To protect the integrity and confidentiality of the energetic work, recording of audio or video (Teams, Phone, WhatsApp) is strictly prohibited without express written consent.
• Confidentiality: Email readings and session details are private and intended solely for the recipient.
• Right of Refusal: Max Mancer reserves the right to terminate any session or refuse service if a client’s conduct is deemed unprofessional, threatening, or disruptive. No refunds will be issued in these instances.
